What moves the monthly payment

A few levers decide the figure you see on the board. Move one, and the payment moves with it.

  1. Amount financed

    The part of the car's price you finance. The smaller it is, the smaller the monthly payment.

  2. Number of payments

    How many months the financing is spread over. You choose the number that fits your budget.

  3. Down payment or trade-in

    A down payment, or a trade-in on your current car, cuts the amount financed and the monthly payment with it.

  4. Term length

    A longer term lowers the monthly payment but raises the total you repay over the term.

Don't look at the monthly payment alone. Check the total you repay over the term, and leave room in your budget for insurance, charging and servicing.

Questions before you call

Why do the prices say "from"?

The figure is the starting monthly payment for that model. Your own payment depends on the amount financed, the number of payments and your down payment or trade-in.

What does "subject to down payment and financing approval" mean?

Every monthly price on the board assumes a down payment and approval from a financing body. Your advisor confirms both on the call before the offer is final.

Why isn't the full offer published on the page?

Because it is built personally, around your car, your term and your trade-in. Car2Buy gives the full offer in a conversation, not as a list price.

Some models have no price. Why?

Leapmotor C10 and Jaecoo 7 are quoted on request. Call, and your advisor comes back with a figure for them.

Is leasing limited to one brand?
